01) ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಮಗುವಿನ ಜನನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ.
02) ತಂದೆ/ತಾಯಿಯ ವಿಳಾಸದ ದಾಖಲೆ (ಆಧಾರ್ಕಾರ್ಡ/ರೇಷನ್ಕಾರ್ಡ)
03) ಮಗುವಿನ ಆಧಾರಕಾರ್ಡ.
04)ಇತ್ತಿಚಿನ 2 ಪಾಸ್ಪೋರ್ಟ ಅಳತೆಯ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಗಳು.
ಶುಲ್ಕದ ವಿವರ:
ಎಲ್.ಕೆ.ಜಿ./ಯು.ಕೆ.ಜಿ. ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 4000/-ರೂ ಗಳು.
ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ರೂ. 8000/-.

ಸೂಚನೆ:-ಶಾಲಾ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು 2 ಕಂತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ (ಜೂನ್ ಮತ್ತುಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್) ತುಂಬಬಹುದು. ಮುಂದಿನ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಬಡ್ತಿ ಪಡೆಯುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಮೇಲಿನ ಶಾಲಾ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳೇ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೊಸ ಪ್ರವೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಇತರ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳು ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ.
